Brought my BMW S1000RR in for major maintenance:
- All fluids and filters
- replace brake fluid reservoir
- Improve the operation of brake calipers (front).
- Front fork overhaul
- Rear shock absorber inspection and lubrication
- Inspect and adjust the steering head bearing
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Read ECU and enter service in BMW
- Adjust suspension

I was able to attend urgently and all maintenance was completed within 1.5 days.

All of the above were discussed with Andy by telephone prior to the turn. After this, I received a transparent quotation by email.

During the service I was kept informed of findings and progress via WhatsApp. This was done using photos that Andy sent me with the context. This showed his excellent eye for detail. For example, he showed that the BMW brand dealer installed an oil filter for a GS last time. Andy does not blindly order the same filter, but checks which filter belongs to the engine from the factory and installs it.

Below are some images he sent me during the maintenance:
- Complete overhaul of front forks
- Complete engine inspection (including under the seat and the tank, even though no maintenance was required there)
- Remove rear shock absorber
- Detection of wrong oil filter

When we picked it up, we checked the engine together and he explained again in detail exactly what maintenance had been carried out. Even when I had a question about my suspension at home, he took the time to provide the necessary explanation over the telephone.
